[BORUTO OC] Jonin: Ranmaru

Ranmaru (prefers to be called Ran) is a Jonin and an instructor of the Konoha Academy, he emigrated from Sunagakure cause he hates hot weather.
He's a puppet master and his puppets can talk as if he's some sort ventriloquist. Mukuro is an ATK puppet, Muki is a DEF pupept and Miao is just a puppet with secret abilities. "miaaaaaao", and is rarely seen in combat with Ran.

HE LOVES APPLES, HE HAS A WOODEN ARM AND HE'S GHEY (oHOOOH) MUKURO ALWAYS EATIN HIS APPLES, IF YOU DONT FEED HIM APPLES HE WILL SCREECH LOUDLY

He's buddies with Kotetsu and Izumo mostly, and Caelinus (oc belonging to Turpis.) Also, hangs around Konohamaru and Mirai when he's on duty. His romantic interest in Kiyoshi.

As a jonin, he's mostly on patrol or guard duty and tries to encourage the use of Puppet Techniques becoming known world-wide. When he teaches, it's mostly just for honing the combat/taijutsu skills of his students against his puppetry on the training grounds, not teaching puppet techniques since it requires such a skill.
